Eduvyne believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. As per our terms and conditions, you agree to Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the participants have already logged in/accessed to Eduvyne’s LMS/Portal and once the course assigned to the participant.
- Eduvyne does not accept cancellation requests for any types of courses once purchased items/courses etc. However, replacement/rescheduling can be made if the customer establishes and proves that the quality of product delivered is not in good shape/condition.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team at support@eduvyne.com . The request will, however, be entertained once the participant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within Only same day days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within Only same day days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision and only replacement of the product will be done.
- In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty on products, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the Eduvyne’s team, it’ll take 16-30 Days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
- EXAM BOOKING NO-REFUND: Exam bookings through external certification bodies: AXELOS, PEOPLECERT, TUV, IASSC, IABAC, DEVOPSON, DEVOPS INSTITUTE, IBM are NOT REFUNDABLEas the exam fee is not refunded by these organizations. Candidates registered with partial/full amount should take the exam within 6 months.
CANCELLATION OF ALL MODES OF TRAINING:
Amlinsys Technologies (hereby referred to as ‘Eduvyne’ ), reserves the right to cancel or postpone a training event or change the trainer/instructor, location of training because of insufficient enrollments, trainer/ instructor availability due to personal exceptions or force majeure such as floods, earthquakes, Storms, Country Political Situations, etc. If Eduvyne or a party
- The participants will continue to have access to Study Materials or Complimentary E-Learning Portal.
- Participant Cancels Training/Course: The only request for cancellation through Email on the same day is considered official in case of dispute, No Refund will be provided on the same. After the Customer Team looks at the Replacement of the course can be done.
- The refund request should be placed after 30% of the training completion in case of Live Online Training and Classroom (in-person) training.
- The refund processing timeline 16 – 30 days from the day of request approval.

DUPLICATE PAYMENT REFUND:
- The only request for cancellation through Email is considered official in case of dispute.
- A refund of the duplicate payment made by the participant will be processed only after requested by the delegates with payment proof.
- The refund is processed 5 to 7 working days post intimation by the Delegate.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
BY PARTICIPANT
- If requested before than 7 days from the first day of Training, 20% of the registration fee (token amount) is charged.
- If requested after 7 days, both inclusive, 50% of the extra registration fee is charged.
- No refund or rescheduling is made if requested after 22 days from the first training day.
